Hospital Management System
HMS | Web-Based Solution
Panoramic Infotech is now launching a Hospital Management System with ten distinct entities that are linked and may manage and run their tasks independently through individual logins.
The Hospital Management System combines all of a hospital’s information and processes onto a single platform. Internal communication, appointment scheduling, and information sharing are all possible between medical specialists, patients, and hospital management.
One of the most significant benefits of HMS is that it saves paperwork, lowers total costs, and ensures data security. It also integrates with Telemedicine applications for doctors and patients, as well as Pharmacy applications to create an online store for pharmacies.
Unique Features:
- The hospital facility runs without a hassle.
- A system that is both cost-effective and manageable.
- Easy access to patient data with accurate patient history is managed by management.
- Technology that saves time.
- Management of pharmaceuticals.
- Management of the laboratory.
- Documentation effort is reduced.
Roles in Hospital Management System
Super Admin
Hospital administrators are in organising and monitoring a hospital’s health services and everyday operations. All user role data is displayed in the Super Admin’s dashboard view. Super Admin has the power to govern the hospital system through hospital management software, which they utilise to oversee all of the hospital’s procedures.
The noticeboard module is used by the Super Admin to keep track of any new impending and ongoing notifications.
Doctors
In a hospital, the hospital management system displays the available doctors. New doctors can be easily added by existing doctors or the Super Admin. Doctors have more time to examine patients and engage with them. Furthermore, all necessary information is available in this system.
Patients
In a hospital management system, the role of the patient-user is crucial. All medical records are kept secret and only those who have been allowed access and who can view their paid invoice have access to them.
Account Management
The hospital administration software has an account management feature that keeps track of all of a patient’s bills. It generates invoices, processes payments, and displays billing information for patients who have been credited or debited. For improved billing management, multiple bank accounts or bank data can be entered.
Laboratorist Management
The laboratorist has access to the check patient’s prescription list and can add a new test investigation report of the patient as well as the laboratory’s paid invoice.
Nurse Management
A nurse has a major role in a hospital, which is to take care of patients and arrange/assign beds for them. The hospital management system enables nurses to execute their job fast on this digital platform by assigning beds to patients based on their needs.
Pharmacist Management
Pharmacy management has the authority to see the patient’s prescription list & can add a new medicine & define a new medicine category & paid invoice of the pharmacy.
Receptionist Management
The receptionist at the hospital can now easily handle the details and information of doctors and patients. A receptionist can add new patients, doctors, appointments, pharmacy, laboratory, consultation fees, and verify the doctors’ scheduling details.
If any users have any questions or concerns regarding the hospital, they can approach the receptionist directly, and the receptionist will raise the same issue in the system, which the admin will receive as a query to answer.
It is distinguished by its personnel communication and coordination, automation of routine procedures, and design of patient-centred workflows.
Representative Management
Representatives are in charge of managing the details and information of doctors and patients. They can add new patients, doctors, appointments, pharmacies, laboratories, consultation fees, and check the doctors’ schedule details.
Case Management
The case manager is in charge of the patient’s case and arranges for available nurses to the patient for treatment based on the doctor’s consent and suggestions, as well as pertinent information about the patient’s health and needs.
Customize Data Mapping
The Hospital Management System will handle initial data entry, as well as continuing maintenance and management. Our technical team has given customised management based on the demands and requirements of hospitals. To achieve the goal of EHR interoperability, the Data Mapping approach is used (Electronic Health Record). Data Mapping is a method for matching data from one source to another. The source system could be one type of system, whereas the target system could be a different type of system that carries the information in a different format. It enables the meaningful exchange of patient data and other relevant information.
Common Features of Module
